Steve Lilly arrived at my house, quoted 4K and said he could start in a week. Five weeks later, with the entire job held up just waiting for him, he still kept promising "next week". Eventually he said, I'll be in this week. He phoned the day he said he'd start and said he'd be sending in 2 youngsters but that HE won't be on the job. I told him that I'd need him to be there to which he said **** OFF and told me he's not going to do the job, find someone else and then hung up. So avoid!! He's totally messed us around.
